At Vidita Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return or exchange.
Exclusions:
Certain situations where a return or exchange is not possible:

Obvious signs of use or wear

Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition, unless due to our error

Minor color/design variations due to the handcrafted nature of our products. These variations, especially with natural or synthetic stones, are not considered faults.
Sale Items: Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

For returns or exchanges, please send the item to the address mentioned above.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:

Ensure the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Do not use the product. It must be undamaged to qualify for a return or exchange.

Contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be sent to the address provided during your original purchase.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt, and you have up to 30 days to start the process.

Some products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or if customized/personalized.

Online purchases: We provide a return shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a shipping carrier location. Keep track of the shipment until we confirm receipt.
