Return & Exchange Policy
At VJewels, if you are in any way not satisfied with the product, we can initiate an exchange or return with another product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days from the date of receipt, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where we cannot provide an exchange:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural or synthetic stones so there may be some variations from the photographs on our website. "Jewelry will not be considered as faulty or damaged."
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
